PLACES TO VISIT

SANT'ANGELO IN COLLE
An ancient medieval village just 6 km away from Montalcino, Sant'Angelo in Colle is a small jewel nestled among the vineyards of the famous Brunello. Famous for the unique 360° view that opens between Monte Amiata, Val d'Orcia and the Tyrrhenian sea.

VAL D'ORCIA
In 2004, UNESCO included the Val d'Orcia on its list of World Cultural Landscapes, the first rural area to be honored with this award. This unique countryside between Siena and Grosseto was shaped by generations of people who cultivated the land, as a result of the 14th and 15th centuries colonization made by merchants of Siena who aimed to create a developped area also pleasant to the eye.

MONTALCINO
Thanks to its magnificent 14th-century fortress, gives visitors a glimpse into the medieval military defence strategy of the past, characterized by narrow and steep streets. Made famous by Brunello, one of the world’s greatest red wines, Montalcino is also a magnificent city of art to be discovered in each corner.

MAREMMA
The Tuscan Maremma is a unique territory, a microcosm that hosts the sea, the hills and the mountains, still maintaining a wild and uncontaminated nature.
